LK's Take

We pretty well run naz Cars everywhere even though we have all the mods for GNS, CTS, Aero... A small operation has to specialize. I usually work setups by the book but I was getting frustrated with this one. Everytime I got close to what my tire temp calculator showed to be close the car would get worse. After 10 laps or so it would start pushing in the turn. Maybe it's the way I (uh, Radt) drives. Anyway, I stopped working on camber and taking out wedge and just went back to the basic tire adjustments. Suddenly we were running average laps that were as good as out previous best lap. "The Book" says all our tire pressures are too low and the camber is off but the tire temperatures look better than they did before the changes. I'll throw the book away every now and then for a good run. For N2K3ers here's a visual on the setup and I'll throw the game setup into the Files section if anyone else drives like Radt and wants to try it.

Radt Rejoinder

Specialize, hah. I hear the little birds chirping again: "Cheep, cheep, cheap". It's not about my driving--I had to keep adjusting my style to his setups. They were so bad that I thought he just liked hearing my car scrape the wall. Well I guess we have what we have but I need to do a full fuel run before I can advocate doing this. So, did you tell them about the Vega yet LK? How ya could bark 'em in all 4 gears? No? Why not?
